Job summary

Atharv Consultants in Kerala, India, is seeking an instrumentation professional responsible for installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments across a continuous process industry.

The role requires 6-8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation, preferably in chemical manufacturing, with hands-on work on flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors, actuators, load cells and weighing systems, along with DCS/PLC familiarity and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation within a continuous process industry, preferably chemical manufacturing.
• Proficient in installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments.
• Experience with DCS and PLC systems, data recorders, and pneumatic/control panels.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments including DCS/PLC systems and related equipment.
