Job summary

Atharv Consultants is looking for an instrumentation professional to manage installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field instruments across a continuous process environment.

The role involves hands-on work with DCS and PLC systems, flow meters, RTDs, and related sensing components, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure process reliability.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of instrumentation experience in continuous process industries.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, shutdown, and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain field instruments including DCS and PLC systems.
• Maintain flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, and sensors.
• Service actuator valves, load cells, and weighing systems.
• Execute preventive, predictive, shutdown, and breakdown maintenance.
