Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks an instrumentation professional to install, calibrate, and service field instruments across a continuous process setup. You will work with DCS/PLC systems, flow meters, RTDs and sensors to ensure accurate measurements and reliable operation.

The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and routine data recording. 6–8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation is preferred, in chemical manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant instrumentation experience in a continuous process industry (preferably chemical manufacturing).
• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain field instruments including DCS and PLC systems.
• Work with flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors, actuator valves, load cells and weighing systems.
• Handle data recorders, pneumatic systems and control panels; perform preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance.
