Job summary

Atharv Consultants invites applications for an instrumentation professional to join its maintenance team in Gujarat. The role focuses on installation, calibration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of field instruments across a continuous process environment.

Candidates should have 6–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing, and hands-on work with DCS/PLC systems, flow meters, RTDs and related sensors.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation within a continuous process industry.
• Experience in installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments.
• Experience with DCS and PLC systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors, actuators and weighing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments including DCS and PLC systems.
• Carry out preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Work with data recorders, pneumatic systems and control panels as part of daily tasks.
