Trigent Software in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Developer Instructional Designing professional to transform learning content into engaging, interactive eLearning experiences. The role requires 2-5 years in Instructional Design / eLearning Development and proficiency with major authoring tools.

You will convert storyboards and raw content into interactive courses, integrate multimedia elements, and ensure compatibility with SCORM/xAPI standards across LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Instructional Design / eLearning Development.
• Proficiency with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integration.
• Experience turning storyboards, PPTs, and raw content into interactive courses and assessments.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in Instructional Design / eLearning Development.
• Expertise in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SCORM / xAPI standards and LMS platform integration.
• Proficiency in integrating multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, graphics).
• Experience in converting storyboards, PPTs, and raw content into interactive courses and assessments.
• Good team player with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
