Job summary

Saaki Argus And Averil Consulting in Bangalore is seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Designer with 1-3 years experience to design engaging learning experiences, create storyboards, scripts and visuals, and collaborate with SMEs and project managers.

You will work with tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, Degreed or Udemy style platforms, apply ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy, and contribute to evaluating training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing engaging learning content for various formats (e-learning, instructor-led, blended).
• Ability to write clear, concise content and develop storyboards, scripts and visuals.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model.
