A strong command of English and PowerPoint, plus ADDIE experience, is essential to deliver high‑quality learning

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning content development.
• Proven ability to storyboard, script, and translate SME content into engaging modules.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and corporate training teams.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and other instructional design models.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed eLearning storyboards from SME and client content.
• Develop voice-over scripts, on-screen text, and instructional notes.
• Apply ADDIE to design effective learning solutions.
• Organize content into learner-friendly modules.
• Design eLearning, video-based learning, and gamified programs.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in instructional design, storyboarding, scripting, content analysis, and developing learner‑centric training content. The role requires transforming raw SME content into structured and engaging learning experiences.

Role & responsibilities

• Create detailed eLearning storyboards from SME and client‑provided content.
• Develop voice‑over scripts, on‑screen text, interaction notes, and instructional content.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE to create effective learning solutions.
• Analyze, structure, and organize content into learner‑friendly modules.
• Design learning experiences for eLearning, video‑based learning, and gamified training programs.
• Conduct research on technical and semi‑technical topics.
• Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Review learning modules and ensure quality standards before delivery.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and analysis.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning Content Development.
• Strong experience in Storyboarding and Script Writing.
