Job summary

Kidvento Education and Research Pvt. Ltd. in Mysore is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop detailed storyboards and multimedia learning modules.

You will collaborate with SMEs and team leads to gather information and visualise graphics, interfaces, and final products for e-learning. The role requires 1+ years of experience, a degree in instructional design or Education Technology, and familiarity with SCORM and Bloom's Taxonomy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in instructional design or Education Technology.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design or Education Technology preferred.
• Awareness of the latest L&D theories/frameworks and familiarity with SCORM and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and collaboration with SMEs and team leads.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate is preferred.
