Job summary

HexaLearn Solutions in Noida and Bhubaneswar seeks an Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning content and activities that boost retention and transfer. You will collaborate with SMEs, define learning goals, and design UI-friendly instructional graphics to deliver effective courses.

The role requires strong English communication, a background in instructional design or educational technology, and experience with course development software and at least one LMS.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.

ELIGIBILITY

• Graduate in English Literature, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar disciplines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is mandatory.
• Proven working experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
• Good knowledge of course development software and at least one LMS.
• Excellent storyboarding skills.
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
• Basic knowledge of Captivate / Storyline / Lectora / Rise is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of eLearning compliance & standards.
