Job summary

United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging e-learning, blended, and instructor-led content for a wellness industry client. You will translate learning needs into structured content that drives knowledge retention and performance.

Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, apply ADDIE or SAM models, build interactive courses with Articulate Storyline or Captivate, create assessments, and support LMS publishing and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on instructional design or e-learning development.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate).
• Strong storyboarding and ADDIE/SAM knowledge.

The Instructional Designer will support the design and development of engaging e-learning,
