Job summary

BYLD Group seeks an Instructional Designer & E-Learning Expert to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions. This individual contributor role requires strong adult learning principles, digital learning architecture, and performance-oriented content design.

You will work across ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats, creating multimedia modules and assessments to measure impact. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of instructional design experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate; LMS experience.
• Experience in corporate learning or sales capability building is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and update learning materials to ensure they are current, engaging, and effective.
• Translate business needs into structured learning journeys across ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
• Redesign content to improve learner engagement and retention.
• Design storyboards, scripts, and learning assets using Articulate 360, Captivate, and other authoring tools.
• Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to create client proposals.

• Apply instructional design theories and methods to create effective learning experiences.

BYLD Group is seeking a high-impact Instructional Designer & E-Learning Expert to design, develop, and deploy engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions. This individual contributor role requires strong expertise in adult learning principles, digital learning architecture, and performance-oriented content design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and update existing learning materials to ensure they are current, engaging, and effective.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and client teams to translate business needs into structured learning journeys across ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
• Redesign content to improve learner engagement and retention.
• Design storyboards, scripts, and learning assets using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other authoring platforms
• Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, infographics, interactive modules) to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to create compelling proposals for clients.
• Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and showcase the value of our learning solutions.
• Design and develop comprehensive instructional programs that meet the diverse needs of audience (clients).
• Use instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create effective learning experiences.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, strong consulting capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in corporate learning, leadership development, or sales capability building will be an advantage.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning content.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in building proposals and client-facing materials is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office specially (PowerPoint Presentations)
