Job summary

Infosys seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to design and deliver high-impact learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will conduct needs analyses, craft CDDS and storyboards, and develop engaging assets that align with business goals.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, manage reviews, and drive adoption through change initiatives. Proficiency in Articulate tools and LMS analytics is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in instructional design, learning & development, talent development, or OCM.
• Proficiency in ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning Design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with eLearning, ILT, VILT, and blended learning solutions.
• Proficiency in creating learning videos, simulations, assessments, and performance support materials.
• Familiarity with LMS, learning analytics, and training reporting.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Synthesia.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation and learning personalization.

• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, change impact assessments, and OCM methodologies.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and user adoption.
• Exposure to graphic design, video editing, accessibility standards, and LMS administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or OCM.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning Design, and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing eLearning, ILT, VILT, and blended learning solutions.
• Proficiency in: Articulate Storyline; Articulate Rise; Adobe Captivate; Camtasia; Vyond; Microsoft 365 Suite; PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning analytics, and training reporting.
• Experience creating learning videos, simulations, assessments, and performance support materials.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Adobe Firefly, and Synthesia.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project planning skills.
