Job summary

Schindler India Pvt Ltd is seeking a New Installation Manager (Manager/Sr. Manager) in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves leading installation teams, coordinating works, ensuring safety and quality, and driving customer satisfaction.

The incumbent will oversee supervisors, coach staff, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives. Experience in E&E industry with service/maintenance exposure is preferred; a mechanical/electrical/electronics engineering degree is required or

Responsibilities

• Promote, motivate and coordinate activities of the supervisors to meet business objectives including customer satisfaction, operational results and efficiency metrics
• Coordinate the development and execution of works, optimize groups, tools and means to meet activity, yield and quality objectives
• Control the application of safety and health guidelines
• Actively manage, develop and coach staff to meet objectives with quality, productivity, and customer orientation
• Analyze root causes for deviations, set up and follow up corrective actions

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)

What you bring

For the Installation Manager position, Schindler seeks people with:

• Expertise Desired experience in similar industry (with preferred exposure to service and maintenance) for overall 12 years and preferably 3 years in E&E industry.
• Knowledge and Skills Desired E&E product knowledge, safety procedures knowledge, organization and planning skills, people management skills, customer oriented behavior, Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.
• Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
