Isgec Heavy Engineering in Haryana is seeking a QA/QC professional with 2–9 years of experience in static equipment such as heat exchangers and pressure vessels. You will conduct stage-wise inspections, verify materials, fit-up, welding and fabrication per drawings, and coordinate NDT activities to ensure compliance with ASME/IBR standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2 - 9 years in QA/QC of static equipment (heat exchangers, pressure vessels).
• Strong knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div 1, Sec IX, Sec V and TEMA.
• Experience in ITP/MQAP preparation, WPS/PQR review and documentation.
• Good understanding of NDT methods and acceptance criteria (hands-on a plus).

• Identify quality deviations and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct final inspection and readiness for customer / third-party inspection.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare relevant quality documentation.
