Job summary

Alok Equipments Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Lead QA/QC professional to oversee ASME pressure vessels and heat exchangers across our units.

You will coordinate QAP/WPS approvals, conduct client hold/witness points, and manage third-party inspections to ensure compliance. The role requires BE Mechanical and 10+ years in QA/QC for pressure vessels/heat exchangers, with expertise in ASME Sec. VIII/IX/V, NDT, welding qualifications, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree required.
• 10+ years QA/QC experience for pressure vessels and heat exchangers.

Responsibilities

• Lead QAPs and hold/witness points with clients.
• Approve WPS, PQR, WPQ and weld/NDE plans.
• Plan third-party inspections.
• NCR disposition and pressure-test clearance.
• Final inspection and dispatch release.
• Host client and TPI audits.
• Record and track work daily in in-house ERP.
