Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales training or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using training tools and platforms (PowerPoint, LMS, Zoom).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement onboarding and upskilling training programs for the sales team.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
• Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Deliver training sessions through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on sales methodologies, market trends, and EdTech best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and ensure skill application.
• Maintain detailed training records and prepare periodic training reports.
