Job summary

Cryzdal New Delhi is seeking a Customer Support Executive in Bengaluru to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, and assist clients with inquiries and orders. You will manage the database daily, perform data entry for orders, and escalate as needed to the appropriate staff.

You will also handle login access, LMS portal issues, and stay updated on new product launches to ensure a smooth customer experience through phone and email interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls. Provide product information to client and identify whether a potential client.
• Managing the database and updating it on a daily basis.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding products, and services via telephone or email.
• Performs data entry for purposes such as order processing, accessing previous and special orders.
• Refer calls for specific information to the appropriate staff members or departments.
• Provide tier I technical support regarding login access, website and webcast issues.
• Follow up on Sales team Pending Payments
• Releasing LMS portal access to the clients
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
• Other duties maybe assigned
