Job summary

Radiall Services in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Sales Administration professional to support order handling and customer operations. The role requires hands-on ERP experience, SAP SD exposure, and strong coordination with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to improve workflow efficiency in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in order handling, sales administration or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP SD preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial order processes and backlog tracking.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial order processes, order entry and updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and internal teams.
• Document and report using MS Office and Google Workspace; ensure data accuracy in SAP.
• Proactively improve workflow efficiency and accuracy.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills

• The candidate should have experience in order handling, sales administration, customer operations, or a similar role. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required; SAP SD experience will be preferred.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of commercial order processes, order entry, order updates, lead time follow-up, and backlog tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is required for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in order and SAP data, and good coordination skills to work with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal teams.
• The candidate should be organized, able to work independently, comfortable following company procedures, and proactive in improving workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Professional written and spoken English communication skills are required.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electronics, aerospace, defense, telecom, or connector-related business environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of supply chain, delivery coordination, order fulfilment, order acknowledgements, backlog follow-ups, and order status updates will be preferred.

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Trade, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales administration, customer operations, order handling, inside sales support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred; SAP SD exposure will be an added advantage.
• Experience in customer order handling, lead time follow-up, backlog tracking, documentation, internal coordination, and process improvement will be preferred.
