Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a Relationship Manager & Inside Sales professional in Bengaluru to drive revenue through prospecting, contacting potential clients, and closing sales. The role is office-based with a 9-hour login window and a six-day workweek.

Freshers with relevant background and fluent English/Hindi or English plus a South Indian language are welcome to apply. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree and strong MS-Office skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any field (BBA/B.Tech/BA/MBA) preferable.
• 0–3 years experience; freshers welcome, relevant background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English and Hindi or English plus a South language.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Willing to work 9 hours and 6 days a week, with a weekday off.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation.
