Job summary

NoBroker in Bengaluru is seeking a Relationship Manager to handle client relationships from our Kaikondrahalli/Bangalore office. This full-time role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and the ability to build trust with prospects and customers.

You will identify business opportunities, follow up on leads, and drive revenue while maintaining high standards of service. Day shifts, 6 days a week, with weekday offs, and clear growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B,A, MBA) etc.
• Experience (0-3 yrs) freshers welcome, experience in relevant background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
• Decision making skills.
• Language required: English & Hindi or English, & 1 South Regional Language (Kan,Tam).
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards,
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation.
