Job Description

As an Academic Counsellor Inside Sales, you will be responsible for interacting with prospective students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, and guiding them toward the right educational programs offered by Infinity Learn.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to build strong customer relationships through outbound calling, counselling, demo booking, and sales conversion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to approximately 150–200 prospective leads on a regular basis.
• Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and virtual interactions.
• Understand the academic requirements and needs of students and parents.
• Counsel parents and students regarding available courses, program benefits, and learning opportunities.
• Book online live demo sessions with interested parents and students.
• Coordinate with parents to confirm their availability for the scheduled demo session.
• Conduct online live demo sessions with the parent along with their child, explaining the program, features, benefits, and learning approach.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads after demo sessions.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain customer data and update sales records/CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
• Contribute to overall revenue growth by achieving individual and team targets.

• Prior experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales will be an added advantage.
