Job summary

Infinity Learn is seeking a Tele Caller to be the first voice for parents and students. You will connect with them over calls, understand their learning needs, explain how our products can help, and guide them to enroll.

This role operates from Bengaluru with a complete WFO setup, and a shift from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Fresh graduates with strong communication can apply and grow within a fast-growing EdTech brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers with good communication can apply.
• Excellent English and Kannada/Hindi; other regional languages are a plus.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable with high-volume calling.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with patience.

Responsibilities

• Connect with parents and students via outbound and inbound calls.
• Understand academic needs and goals through effective questioning.
• Explain Infinity Learn’s products clearly and convincingly.
• Sell the product by handling queries and closing enrollments.
• Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead updates in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with parents and students via outbound and inbound calls
• Understand each student’s academic needs, goals and concerns through effective questioning
• Explain Infinity Learn’s products and programs clearly and convincingly
• Sell the product by handling queries and objections and closing enrollments
• Follow up consistently with interested leads to move them toward conversion
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
• Maintain accurate call records and lead updates in the CRM

Skills and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable with high-volume calling
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with patience
• Target-driven, self-motivated and eager to learn
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on a CRM
• Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales or EdTech sales is an advantage
