Job summary

Icon Interiors And Exteriors in Indore invites applications for an Inside Sales & Marketing Executive to generate opportunities, communicate with customers, follow up on enquiries, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

The candidate should have strong Hindi communication with basic English, be comfortable handling customers over phone and email, and be proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets. Freshers with good communication are welcome; prior Inside Sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• 3 years of inside sales/telecalling/marketing/customer support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Prepare and send quotations coordinating with the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with design, production, and accounts for order processing.
• Assist in digital marketing activities such as social media updates and online lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
