Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a fresher, you will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and promote our products and services to drive sales growth.

You will conduct outbound calls, maintain CRM records, collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, present to prospects, assist in negotiating contracts, and help close deals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with CRM is a plus).
