ToneOpFit in India is seeking a sales-focused professional to engage prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, understand needs, and suggest ToneOp products and services.

You will follow up on leads from campaigns, convert qualified prospects into customers, and maintain CRM records to ensure excellent service and timely resolutions. This role emphasizes relationship-building and target attainment.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Marathi.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
