Job summary

SOBHA Interiors in Bangalore seeks a seasoned Sales Coordinator with extensive experience in sales operations to support a high-velocity interior project portfolio. You will manage Salesforce data, track opportunities, and prepare pipelines, reports, and performance summaries for HO reviews.

With 25 years in sales coordination and a background in interiors/construction, you will engageBuilders, architects and sales teams, ensuring timely follow-ups, closures, and onboarding/training of new staff

Qualifications

• Graduate with 25 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations / MIS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Salesforce/CRM.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Experience in interiors, real estate, construction, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities and track OCG attendance for Chennai & Coimbatore.
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly sales pipeline, projection vs. actual, and 3-month funnel reports.
• Update and maintain Salesforce data, opportunities, projections, and closed orders.
• Coordinate weekly sales reviews, Channel Partner meetings, and senior management meetings.

• Conduct daily order follow-ups to support monthly closures.
• Support onboarding and CRM training for new sales team members.
