Job summary

SOBHA Interiors in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Sales Coordinator to streamline sales activities and manage CRM data. The role covers coordinating with Chennai & Coimbatore, maintaining the sales pipeline, and supporting monthly closures.

The candidate should have 25 years of experience in Sales Coordination / MIS with strong Excel and Salesforce skills, plus excellent communication and reporting abilities. Interiors/real estate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities and track OCG attendance for Chennai & Coimbatore.
• Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly sales pipeline, projection vs. actual, and 3-month funnel reports.
• Update and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) data, opportunities, projections, and closed orders.
• Coordinate weekly sales reviews, Channel Partner meetings, and senior management meetings.
• Follow up with builders, architects, and sales teams on leads, opportunities, and order closures.
• Prepare visit reports, MIS, pipeline reports, and performance summaries for HO reviews.
• Conduct daily order follow-ups to support monthly closures.
• Support onboarding and CRM training for new sales team members.
