Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines per production requirements.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine parameters.
• Start, stop, and adjust machines as instructed.
• Inspect molded components for defects and quality.
• Perform trimming, deburring, and basic finishing operations.
• Monitor cycle time, production output, and material consumption.
• Identify machine or product abnormalities and report to supervisor/maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and work area.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Complete production and inspection records accurately.
• Assist with mold changes, machine setup, and basic troubleshooting.
