Job summary

Raj Auto Products and Packing in Maharashtra is seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Supervisor to oversee daily production activities on the shop floor.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience with injection moulding, knowledge of Haitian/Milocarn machines, and ability to manage manpower across shifts. Prior exposure to plastic components is preferred, with emphasis on quality and process control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical/Production/Polymer preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in injection moulding.
• Experience with Haitian or Milacron machines preferred.
• Experience in plastic manufacturing/auto components industry.
• Knowledge of machine setting, process parameters, and defects.
• Ability to handle manpower and work in shifts.
• Basic knowledge of quality control practices.
• Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation.
