Job summary

Polymed in India (Haridwar, Uttarakhand) is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee injection moulding operations. You will monitor daily targets, set up and optimize process parameters, and troubleshoot defects to ensure consistent quality.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and PPC teams, implement 5S, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke safety practices, and maintain detailed process documentation for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Injection Moulding processes and setup.
• Knowledge of plastic resins such as PP, PE, ABS, PC.
• Troubleshooting and cycle-time reduction.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, 5S and quality tools.

Preferred Industry: Medical Devices, Automotive, Plastics Manufacturing.
