Job summary

Mahasurya Ventures India is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily injection moulding operations on 20–200 ton machines, ensuring production targets are met with minimal downtime and rejection.

You will allocate tasks, monitor machine parameters, and coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams. The role also involves maintaining reports, enforcing SOPs and safety, supporting mould trials, and driving 5S and Kaizen on the shop floor.

Job description

Responsible for supervising daily injection moulding operations using 20–200 Ton machines, ensuring production targets with minimal rejection and downtime. Allocate tasks, monitor machine parameters, and coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams. Maintain reports, ensure SOP and safety compliance, support mould trials, and drive continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Kaizen on the shop floor.
