• Mold Setup & Operation Install, adjust, and maintain injection molds and machines.
• Process Optimization Fine-tune machine parameters for efficiency, quality, and minimal waste.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Identify and resolve defects, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency.
• Quality Control - Ensure all molded products meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Material Handling - Select and manage appropriate raw materials for injection molding processes.
• Production Monitoring - Track and analyze production performance, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Collaboration - Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to improve processes and output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in injection molding, tool setting, and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of molding machines, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with thermoplastics, resin properties, and material behavior.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and production tracking software.
