Job summary

Conduent is seeking an experienced support analyst with middleware expertise to manage and troubleshoot critical applications in a Delhi-based environment. The role requires strong Linux, Tomcat and Apache proficiency, plus the ability to coordinate changes, releases and post-production fixes across teams.

The ideal candidate will have a BE in Computer Science or equivalent, 4–7 years of relevant experience, and flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support release application fixes and major/minor releases
• Diagnose and solve software faults
• Report and track post product bugs with product development team
• Update incident, remediation tasks, and root cause analysis in ServiceNow
• Participate in Change management activities
• Communicate with end users and capture tickets/incidents via phone/IM
• Be available for on-call support as needed
• Respond to callouts in a timely fashion

Job description

• Middleware Knowledge is a must with having Tomat , Apache and strong linux application support analyst with middleware experience
• 4 to 7 years of experience is required
• Understanding of Web Request on above Web Servers
• Would be required to support release application fixes and major/minor releases
• Need to possess diagnosing and solving software faults skill
• Responsible to report and track post product bugs, fixes and enhancement related along with product development team
• Responsible to work on updating incident, remediation task, Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application
• Required to participate in Change management activities
• Should possess ability to communicate with end users and capture tickets/incidents related to application over phone/IM
• Should be available for on-call support as needed
• Responding to callouts in a timely fashion

Requirements:

• BE Computer Science or related technical degree or work experience
• Should have experience on working on highly available system either in on-premise hosting or cloud hosting model.
