Job summary

Teceze Consultancy Services in India is seeking a Senior IT Operations Support Administrator to deliver L1/L2 end-user and device support, while managing Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. The role includes overseeing endpoint deployment via SCCM/Intune, handling backups and disaster recovery, and ensuring ITIL-aligned processes across multiple sites.

The position requires hands-on experience with PowerShell automation, ServiceNow ticketing, and strong network/security

Qualifications

Proven experience providing L1/L2 IT helpdesk support for desktops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
Strong administration of Windows Server platforms (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory/Entra ID.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and mail troubleshooting.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, switches and firewalls; remote/onsite support.
Experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot for endpoint deployment and management.
Familiarity with backup/restore, disaster recovery and patch management.
Ability to log and resolve incidents within SLAs using ServiceNow or similar.
Scripting in PowerShell to automate routine IT tasks; good ITIL/process orientation.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for end users and devices across sites.
Perform system administration for Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and email-related issues.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues across LAN/WAN and VPN.

Provide remote support to remote offices and home workers.

Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and perform system administration activities.
Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, user accounts, access permissions and Group Policies.
Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and email-related issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, switches and firewalls.
Manage endpoint deployment, imaging and updates using SCCM/MECM, Intune or Autopilot.
Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, system patches and updates.
Perform backup, restore and disaster recovery activities.
Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, inventory and vendor coordination.
Provide remote support to satellite offices and home-based employees.
Log and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs using ServiceNow or similar tools.
Use PowerShell scripting to automate routine administration tasks.
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and knowledge-base articles.
Follow ITIL processes and coordinate with internal and external IT teams.
