Responsibilities

• IT Support & Windows Administration: manage AD, troubleshoot Windows issues, monitor health.
• Azure/Intune Administration: manage Intune devices and Azure AD policies.
• Exchange Online Administration: handle mailboxes and mail flow policies.
• Security & Compliance: monitor Secure Score and remediate incidents.

Role Summary

The Infrastructure Support Engineers will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the security, availability, and performance of enterprise systems. The role includes end-user support, troubleshooting, infrastructure monitoring, and administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Intune, Windows Servers, virtualization platforms, networking, and enterprise infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Windows Administration

• Manage Active Directory and user support.
• Maintain Windows systems, software, patching, and updates.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Remote Desktop, Firewall, and Intune issues.
• Monitor system health and IT asset inventory.

Azure / Intune Administration

• Manage Intune devices, app deployments, and compliance.
• Administer Azure AD and Microsoft 365 groups and policies.

Exchange Online Administration

• Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, licenses, and meeting resources.
• Troubleshoot mail flow and configure security, retention, and compliance policies.

Security & Compliance

• Monitor security posture, vulnerabilities, and Secure Score.
• Investigate security incidents and perform remediation.
• Manage email security policies, including Anti-Spam and Anti-Phishing controls.
