Job summary

LTM is seeking a operations-focused professional to monitor IT infrastructure, including servers and applications, and to manage batch jobs and incident coordination. The role involves Windows Server tasks, SCCM patching, CMDB maintenance, and active participation in major incident management.

The candidate should be able to multitask, work independently, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams while adhering to SLAs and incident response timelines.

Qualifications

• ITIL process awareness and incident response understanding.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift pattern and adapt to rotations.
• Experience with SCCM patching and Windows OS basics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for service-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure including servers, websites, network devices and applications and respond to incidents.
• Perform batch monitoring: create, edit, schedule and delete batch jobs.
• Handle batch job requests to run, hold or cancel jobs.
• Work on Windows Server related requests and patching using SCCM.
• Maintain and update the ServiceNow CMDB and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage monitoring tools including adding, modifying and removing monitors.
• Participate in major incident management including coordination.
