RITWIK IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced professional for Infrastructure Governance & Asset Lifecycle Management in Chennai. You will manage IT assets, governance processes, CMDB, and executive reporting while ensuring ITIL-aligned controls.

You will oversee asset lifecycle, develop Power BI dashboards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver governance insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and infrastructure governance.
• Hands-on CMDB management using ServiceNow.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and configuration records in ServiceNow.
• Monitor governance KPIs, compliance metrics, risks, and controls.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Ensure ITIL-based governance policies and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, operations, finance, and compliance teams.
• Prepare executive reports communicating performance metrics to senior management.
