Job summary

Stockarea is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Partnership Manager to lead warehouse infrastructure development and vendor partnerships in Mumbai, with remote options. You will plan, develop, and optimize storage facilities, evaluate 3PLs, and manage end-to-end supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.

With 4–8 years in logistics/warehousing, you will oversee contracts, compliance, procurement strategies, and cross-functional alignment to support rapid growth

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse infrastructure design and optimization.
• Expertise in 3PL operations and contract management.
• Proven skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Commercial acumen with cost analysis and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency
• Evaluate and select 3PL partners based on service capabilities and costeffectiveness
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance
• Negotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers
• Monitor warehouse construction, layout design, and equipment installation
• Oversee sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
• Ensure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks
• Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations
• Conduct periodic vendor audits and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business goals
