Job summary

Stockarea (Meinigar Technologies Pvt Ltd) invites an experienced Manager – Warehousing Supply Chain to join our Chennai operations. You will lead warehouse space sourcing, evaluate locations, and coordinate with owners and vendors to secure capacity and optimise the supply chain.

The role requires 3–6 years in warehousing, strong vendor management and communication skills, and an MBA or related SCM degree. Remote work is possible while office presence in Chennai or remote supported.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse sourcing, logistics, or related roles.
• MBA or related degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hunt for new warehouse spaces across assigned cities.
• Conduct field searches and ground visits to evaluate potential warehouse locations.
• Gather detailed information about warehouse infrastructure, capacity, and suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse owners and vendors.
• Coordinate and support the agreement process with selected vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
• Prepare city-wise supply reports and update the internal team on available warehouse supply.
• Track progress of warehouse acquisition activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Experience in warehouse sourcing, supply expansion, logistics, or infrastructure roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct field visits and vendor meetings when required.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain infrastructure.
• Experience working with warehouse owners, brokers, or logistics vendors.
• Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
