Job summary

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. You will engage with users and clients directly, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. Your role ensures the smooth operation and stability of various technology platforms by adhering to established procedures and operational frameworks, contributing to a reliable and high-quality support environment.
