Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking an Enterprise Technology Architect to design complex IT solutions across the enterprise and apply latest technology expertise. You will support production and development systems, both remote and onsite, contributing to SD Access Operations.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, 15 years of full-time education, and strong networking, virtualization, and cloud concepts. You will work in a 24x7 shift environment and mentor juniors.

Qualifications

• Must have networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent).
• Must Have Skills: F5 Load Balancers, Cisco ACI, Arista, VMware - vSphere Networking.
• Good to have Skills: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD.
• Good to have knowledge on Cloud Networking, Automation, SDWAN, Firewalls.
• Professional Certifications are desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SD Access Operations.
• 15 years of full-time education required.

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products, both remote and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.

• Proficiency in designing and deployment SDN Datacenter technologies, Load Balancer Technologies (Optional)
• Professional Certifications
• Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware - vSphere.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SD Access Operations.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
