Job summary

Recro is seeking an ITAM Lead to drive end-to-end hardware and software asset management, including CMDB governance and licensing optimization. The role demands 7+ years of hands-on ITAM experience across HAM and SAM, with strong exposure to ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, or Snow Software.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT to ensure audit readiness, licensing compliance, and solid asset traceability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ITAM experience across HAM and SAM.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, or Snow Software.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4, ISO 19770, CMDB, and software licensing.
• Strong vendor, audit, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAM compliance, Effective License Position (ELP), license optimization, and audit readiness.
• Govern ServiceNow ITAM (HAM/SAM Pro), Flexera, or Snow Software.
• Ensure CMDB accuracy, CI integrity, and complete asset traceability.
• Manage vendors, contracts, licensing, audits, and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT teams on asset governance.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on ITAM experience across HAM and SAM.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, or Snow Software.
