Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Delhi seeks an experienced IT Asset Management Administrator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, maintain CMDB accuracy, and drive asset governance across the organization.

Responsibilities include asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement, reconciliation with procurement/finance/ITSM systems, and ensuring compliance for audits and licensing.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management across end-to-end asset lifecycle.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and asset records.
• Coordinate asset procurement, deployment, maintenance and retirement.
• Ensure licensing compliance and support audits.

• Manage complete lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB records for hardware, software, and infrastructure assets.
• Perform asset reconciliation with procurement, finance, warehouse, and ITSM systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for asset procurement, warranty, repairs, and replacements.
• Monitor asset compliance, audits, licensing, and risk management activities.
• Prepare asset utilization and inventory reports.
