Infosys is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management professional in Hyderabad to maintain and optimize the organization’s hardware and software assets across their lifecycle. You will ensure accurate data in ITAM systems, coordinate with procurement, and support audits and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities include asset tracking, reconciliation between physical assets and records, and ongoing improvements to asset management processes and CMDB integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Experience in IT asset management lifecycle and processes.
• Knowledge of ITAM tools such as ServiceNow HAM, Flexera, Ivanti, Lansweeper, or BMC Helix.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage the inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, peripherals).
• Track assets through procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer and disposal.
• Ensure accurate asset records in ITAM tools and CMDB.
• Monitor asset compliance with policies and audits.
• Coordinate hardware purchases, renewals, warranties, and replacements with procurement and vendors.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and physical verifications.
• Manage asset allocation, movements, returns, and recovery on onboarding/offboarding.
• Track warranty, lease, and support contracts for timely renewals.
• Generate asset utilization, depreciation, and inventory reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Track hardware assets throughout their lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal.
• Ensure accurate asset records in ITAM tools such as ServiceNow HAM, Flexera, Ivanti, BMC Helix, or Lansweeper.
• Monitor asset compliance and ensure adherence to organizational policies and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for hardware purchases, renewals, warranty management, and replacements.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and physical verification of hardware inventory.
• Manage asset allocation, movements, returns, and recovery during employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Track warranty, lease, and support contracts to ensure timely renewals.
• Generate asset utilization, depreciation, and inventory reports for management.
• Ensure secure and compliant disposal of end-of-life hardware assets.
• Work closely with IT support, procurement, finance, and security teams to maintain accurate asset data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical assets and asset management records.
• Support software-hardware reconciliation and configuration management activities.
• Maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) accuracy and data integrity.
• Assist in implementing asset management processes, standards, and continuous improvements
