Job summary

RiseUpp.com is seeking an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Intern to help expand our network of YouTubers, Instagram creators and digital communities. This fully remote role supports business growth through partnerships rather than content creation.

You'll identify potential partners, onboard them, and help generate leads for online degree and certification programmes, with training provided and potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome with strong communication skills.
• BBA/B.Com/BA students or graduates eligible.
• Full-time internship availability Monday to Saturday, 9:30–18:30.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research influencer partners across platforms.
• Reach out to creators via Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, emails and calls.
• Pitch partnership opportunities and onboard influencers.
• Maintain relationships with partners and share program updates.
• Collaborate to generate qualified leads for programmes.
• Regularly follow up to improve engagement and performance.
• Track activities and prepare reports using Google Sheets and CRM.

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring social media and building professional relationships?

We're looking for an enthusiastic Influencer & Creator Partnerships Intern to help us build and grow our network of YouTubers, Instagram influencers, content creators and digital communities.

You will identify potential influencer partners, introduce them to RiseUpp's partnership programme, onboard them and help them generate leads for online degree and certification programmes.

This is a partnerships and business growth role, not a content creation or video editing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Discovery: Research and identify relevant YouTubers, Instagram influencers, content creators and community owners.
• Influencer Outreach: Connect with creators through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, emails and calls.
• Partnership Acquisition: Pitch RiseUpp's partnership opportunities and onboard new influencer partners.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded influencers and creators.
• Creator Engagement: Share programme details, promotional resources and updates to help partners refer interested learners.
• Lead Generation: Work with influencers to generate quality leads for online degree and certification programmes.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospective and existing partners to improve engagement and performance.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain influencer databases, track partner activities and prepare reports using Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Who Can Apply?

• Students pursuing or graduates of BBA, B.Com or BA programmes.
• IIM Bangalore BBA (Digital Business & Entrepreneurship) students are especially encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Individuals interested in influencer partnerships, the creator economy, startups and business development.
• Confident in approaching new people and building professional relationships.
• Comfortable with calls, emails, outreach and regular follow-ups.
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to work towards partnership acquisition targets.
• Must have a personal laptop, stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Available full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

No previous influencer management experience required. Training and guidance will be provided.
