Job summary

Confluencr - Global Influencer Marketing Agency in Bengaluru is offering an internship where you’ll be immersed in real campaigns, creator conversations, and brand storytelling from day one. You’ll scout influencers, coordinate with creators, and assist in executing live campaigns while learning the ropes of social media strategy.

Ideal candidates are passionate about influencer marketing, active on major platforms, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced team.

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content.
• Active on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of content trends and creator ecosystem.
• Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll be handling multiple creators/tasks).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to learning.
• Bonus: Any prior internships, college work, or personal projects in social media/content.

Responsibilities

• Content & Trend Research: Stay on top of what’s trending; support with ideas, formats, references for campaigns.
• Data Tracking: Help maintain reports by capturing performance metrics like reach, engagement, and basic insights.
• Platform Familiarity: Get hands-on exposure to how different social platforms work and what content performs best on each.
