Role Overview

The Growth and Marketing Intern will work closely with the founders on high-priority business initiatives. This role involves research, execution, digital experimentation, coordination, and problem-solving across different projects.

You will be expected to take ownership of tasks, move quickly, and contribute meaningfully across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder’s Office Support

• Assist founders in executing key initiatives
• Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support planning discussions with research and data inputs
• Maintain documentation, reports, and internal trackers

2. Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct competitor and industry research
• Gather consumer and market insights
• Identify growth opportunities based on data and trends
• Convert research findings into practical recommendations

3. Digital and Brand Growth

• Support execution of digital marketing initiatives
• Assist with content planning and brand-building efforts
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Contribute to internal and client-facing communication materials
• Use AI tools and vibe coding platforms to build landing pages, workflows, automations, or small digital experiments
• Create and test MVPs using no-code or low-code tools
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes through automation

5. Special Projects

• Work on multiple client and internal projects simultaneously
• Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports
• Take responsibility for time-sensitive tasks and ensure completion

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree completed in any field
• Strong interest in marketing, growth, and business operations
• Familiarity with vibe coding, AI tools, or no-code platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on live projects, internships, or student-led initiatives
• Ability to independently build simple digital assets or prototypes
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, or similar tools
