Job summary

RBC Bearings Pvt. Ltd. in Tamil Nadu seeks an experienced sales professional to grow and manage industrial accounts across bearings, seals, pumps, and power transmission products.

You will visit customers, develop new OEMs, meet targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled. Proficiency in English and Tamil, with a valid two-wheeler, is required. Two-wheeler possession is mandatory and willingness to travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably B2B and B2C.
• Experience with bearings, seals, pumps, power transmission, lubrication is a plus.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or a related discipline.
• Min 2 - 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales, preferably B2B and B2C.
• Experience in bearings, seals, pumps, power transmission, lubrication or other industrial engineering products will be an advantage.
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn technical skills and product applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Tamil. Knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage.
• Candidates residing in Tamil Nadu and willing to travel can apply.
