Job summary

Skyroot Aerospace Private Limited is seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer with aerospace manufacturing experience to drive continuous improvement across production systems. You will leverage lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to optimize workflows and reduce waste.

Role involves collaborating with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, developing capacity models, and supporting MES/ERP implementations for real-time data analysis in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools, process optimization, and production systems.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools, ERP/MES systems, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, or other aerospace quality standards is a plus.

• Utilize tools such as VSM (Value Stream Mapping), PFMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of MES/ERP systems for real-time production monitoring and data analysis.
• Drive cost reduction projects without compromising on quality or safety.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, SOPs, and reports for continuous monitoring and auditing.
