Job summary

Morepen Laboratories Ltd. in Gurugram invites an experienced Power BI Lead to own end-to-end reporting, deliver business insights, and manage the BI ecosystem. The role includes mentoring a small BI team and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and MIS to drive actionable insights.

Ideal candidates have strong hands-on Power BI, SQL, DAX and data governance skills, plus exposure to ERP/CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred) and AI-enabled analytics. Pharma domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
• Strong hands-on Power BI, SQL and data governance skills
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred)
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and modern data platforms

Responsibilities

• Manage complete BI lifecycle: requirement gathering, data integration, modeling, dashboard development, and deployment
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business performance, sales analytics, customer insights, and operational reporting (pharma domain)
• Handle Power BI Service administration (workspaces, access control, RLS, gateways, data refresh)
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, MIS for reporting and actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems

Job Title: Power BI Lead Analytics & BI

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Lead with strong hands-on and administrative expertise in Power BI, SQL, and BI environments. The role involves managing end-to-end reporting, delivering business insights, and handling the Power BI ecosystem along with a small team. Exposure to AI-driven analytics, Python, and modern data platforms will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete BI lifecycle: requirement gathering, data integration, modeling, dashboard development, and deployment
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business performance, sales analytics, customer insights, and operational reporting (aligned to pharma business requirements)
• Handle Power BI Service administration (workspaces, access control, RLS, gateways, data refresh, performance tuning)
• Work closely with business teams (Sales, Marketing, MIS) for reporting and actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM (Salesforce), SQL, APIs, etc.
• Enable self-service BI and user adoption
• Lead and mentor a small BI team

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Power BI (Development, Data Modeling, Administration)
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and performance optimization
• Strong SQL skills (queries, views, stored procedures)
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Good understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and BI concepts
• Exposure to modern analytics (real-time dashboards, data governance, self-service BI)
• Experience in Pharma / Healthcare domain preferred AI, Python &

Advanced Analytics (Preferred):

• Exposure to AI features in Power BI (Copilot, smart insights, automated summaries)
• Basic understanding of predictive analytics (trend analysis, forecasting)
• Experience integrating BI with AI/ML tools or APIs
• Working knowledge of Python (data analysis, automation, or ML integration)

Additional Requirements:

• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric / Lakehouse architecture
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
